We reach out and assess
Otto contacts them directly, does a free assessment, and gives them an honest recommendation, including if we're not the right fit.
They sign, you get rewarded
If they become a managed IT client, you receive one free month of service on your next invoice. No minimum, no cap.

What counts as a successful referral?
The referred business signs a managed IT agreement with EagleOnyx and completes onboarding. Trial or short-term engagements do not qualify.
When do I receive the free month?
The credit appears on your invoice in the month following the referred client's first full month of service.
Is there a cap on how many referrals I can make?
No. Refer 10 businesses that become clients, get 10 free months. There is no limit.
Does the referred business need to be in Central Florida?
Yes. We serve businesses in the greater Orlando metro. If you're not sure whether a business qualifies, email Otto and he'll tell you directly.
What if the referral decides EagleOnyx isn't the right fit?
That's fine, we'll tell them honestly. We'd rather give an honest assessment than push a bad fit. No reward in that case, but no awkwardness either.
Do I need to be a current EagleOnyx client to refer someone?
Yes. The referral reward (free month of service) applies to current managed IT clients. Non-clients can still refer businesses, we will absolutely follow up, but the specific reward applies to active clients.
