EagleOnyx started because the same pattern kept repeating. A small business owner calls their IT provider with a problem. They get a ticket number. They wait. They follow up. They wait more. Eventually someone responds, sometimes with the right fix, sometimes not.

Otto Mand started EagleOnyx to break that pattern. Founder-led means the person responsible for results is also the person answering the phone. No layers. No hand-offs. No “let me check with the team.”
